Pebbles of Kioni is available to book from mid April through to October 2025.

  June 1st - 20th June : €72 - €90

• June 21st - July 20th : €82- €105

• July 21st-August 31st: €92 - €115

• September: €82 - €105

• October: €62 - €80

  There is an additional Greek Government Tax of €2.00 per night.

  Bank charges must also be covered by the payer.

All prices shown are per apartment per night and vary depending on the apartment booked.

Each apartment accommodates two people and has no facilities for additional children / infants.

Whilst we love animals, we are unable to accept pets, large / small / or tiny.

Booking Policy

• Minimum Stay 3 Nights

• 25% Non-refundable deposit secures your booking (minimum value 1 night’s stay)

• Balance due 42 days (6 weeks) before date of arrival

Cancellation Policy

The following will apply in the unfortunate event of cancellation:

• 41-21 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost is charged

• 20-2 days before arrival, 75% of the total cost is charged

• 1 day before arrival and no show, the total cost is charged
